FAQ

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash and checks. We will also accept Venmo or credit card payments with a 3% surcharge.

What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve Northern Illinois, Chicagoland, and Southern Wisconsin.

Do you provide the liquor and other supplies?

State laws prevent us from being able to supply alcohol so your venue, caterer, or yourself will need to supply that for the event. Our basic package does not include any supplies and can also be supplied by your venue, caterer, or yourself. If you would rather we handle the non-alcoholic beverages and supplies we can do that for $5 per person. If you need help with suggestions on what to stock and quantities we have experience in this area and would love to help.

Are your bartenders Basset Certified?

All of our bartenders are basset certified and fully insured.

Are you insured?

Yes, we carry general liability insurance as well as liquor liability. Copies of our insurance can be provided by request.

Does the Mobile Trailer Bar need power?

Our bar needs a 110V power that is preferably dedicated. Don't worry, if there is not a reliable power onsite we can bring a quiet generator.

We require flat ground with access to back up and pull out the trailer.

What is needed to setup at the location?

Does the trailer have refrigeration?

Yes! We have one small fridge inside the bars that can hold up to 100 standard size cans and 4 bottles of wine. We also have a shelving bucket system to allow us to cool beverages quickly. Just outside the trailer we provide a horse trough that we can fill with quick grab and go items such as water and soda.

What type of events do you serve?

We love every type of event! Weddings, golf events, festivals, corporate events, birthday parties, just about any type of event you can think of!

Can I rent your trailer for a photo shoot?

Absolutely! Please contact us and we will work with you on your stylized photo shoot.

What is your season?

Our season opens mid to late May and closes mid October. While we would love to serve outside of those months it is just too chilly in the midwest!
